Troop Heritage Canvas Leather Brown Laptop Backpack

Great bag, I brought it for work but you can easily use it for general purpose. I travel a lot in my job, this bag makes the idea travel companion, lots of storage space but still easy to remove laptop for security checks. The bag is also stylish which is an added bonus, it outshines the normal laptop bags. It is tough and durable so will last a long time. Buying it was easy too and delivery was ontime. Will definatly be back for more.

I have always been very impressed with the quality of Troop products and this item lives up to my expectations. Very well constructed from Troop's high grade canvas - main body in tan and front pocket and straps in deep navy - it is lined with a soft finish, tan coloured, waterproof backed fabric which makes it easier to find things in as opposed to a black lining. A large padded tablet/ laptop pocket inside the main compartment at the back whilst at the front of the main compartment is a smaller zipped pocket and two smaller slip pockets which would hold a phone or diary etc. On the outside front, the zipped pouch, again soft lined and waterproof, easily swallows a pair of large 10 x 50 binoculars or anything else you may wish to carry there. The shoulder straps can be completely tucked away into a compartment at the rear of the bag and the compartment zipped so that the bag can be carried by the two handles as a piece of hand luggage without straps dangling and getting in the way. Used as a rucksack there is ample adjustability in the comfortably padded straps to fit someone much larger than me. Overall this is a good sized, stylish bag which will fulfil many purposes without making you look as if you are en route to Everest. Large enough for use on an overnight stay and smart enough in appearance to take into any hotel. Would point out that although this is advertised as canvas and leather, the leather is only used as pull tags on the zips and a press studded loop to retain the handles together. The leather used is, as I would expect, of a high quality and when the handles are fastened together they form a comfortable carrying handle and some degree of security for access to the main compartment if being used as a back pack. Whilst not lightweight it's not too heavy, its weight really being a reflection of the quality of the fabrics from which it is constructed. In my previous experience of Troop canvas, this bag will last. As you may guess, I am very pleased with this bag, look forward to using it more, and have no hesitation in recommending it.

This backpack is excellent quality - it is lined, which I hadn't realised from the decription. Very pleased & would recommend. Also delivered quickly to France.
