Troop London Cotton Messenger Bag - Brown

My University son would not be without his bag. He finds it hard wearing, cool looking and amazingly capacious!

First impressions are good - seems to be really well made and good value for money. It's definitely grey not black. Very impressed with the speed of delivery. I ordered using standard delivery and received it two days later. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase from this company again.

Basically it feels sturdy, well made and has & loads of space. I've started using it for the daily commute carrying a 14" laptop, and it has space to spare and can see it being used on flights as a second carry on. It has a really long shoulder strap so tall/wide gents won't be wearing it in their armpit. One neat feature is the zip that compresses the width which makes the bag more flexible in terms of carrying amounts in it. It's missing a key loop and uses velcro to hold the lid which can get woolly/ineffective over time, perhaps magnets would be better? Those are minor niggles and take off a star but the positives far outweigh those negatives

Having ordered this in black I was really surprised when opening up the parcel to find a grey bag! I originally thought I had been sent the wrong one, but no, there is no drop down option for grey, only black or brown. The leather tabs and the handle are black but the actual bag is most definitely grey. That said, the bag itself is really nice. Its very well made, sturdy and spacious and despite the colour anomaly I will be keeping it. Also, very impressed with the speed of delivery. I ordered before 2pm on a Wednesday and received it the next day. Wouldn't hesitate to puchase from this company again.

Just what I was after even though I was worried it'd be a tad too big for an every day bag. Only had it a couple of days, so time will tell, but first impressions are good - seems to be really well made and good value for money. It's definitely more grey than black, but I actually prefer grey anyway, so all good.

Bag arrived the next lunchtime. Good quality. Nice feel. Classic looks... All good!

This bag is top notch for the price. Looks smart, feels really durable - the size is just right, and thanks to lots of organised compartments, everything is right where I need it.

This bag is very well made & worth the price I paid. The material is very strong & will last ages I had one before & that took a few years to wear out on the bottom corners. Would buy again.
